Prior to becoming a Realtor in 2004, I was the training manager for Marriott at the Detroit Renaissance Center and a Corporate Trainer for Marriott International. .  I also worked as a Food & Beverage Server and Human Resource professional (staffing, recruiting and training) for Westin Hotels.  So I have worked extensively in the hospitality industry.
With over twenty five years experience in customer service; not only providing it but training people to deliver it, I’ve discovered that caring for clients is the most important aspect of my career—particularly when assisting in the purchase or sale of real estate—most likely the single largest asset a person possesses.  The Real Estate Industry is a dynamic and continually changing profession and you need the guidance of a proven professional to represent your individual interests.
Being a Realtor is my favorite career—probably because I love what I do!.  There are many things I like about it:  always creating new ways to develop my business and marketing strategies for my listings; the flexibility of my schedule; I love seeing all the different homes and interiors; I like driving and being in different places during the day; and finally—who wouldn’t like being their own boss. Mostly, I love it because I know I make a difference in my interactions with people and the service I provide.
