March 2011 median sale prices increased 11% from February 2011 & a 17% increase in # of homes sold. Private owned median increased 18% in March 2011 from February 2011.  Bank owned homes median price increased 09% in March 2011 from February 2011. March 2011 median sale price decreased 45% from March 2010. Yr ending March 2011 median sale price compared to yr ending March 2010 decreased 23%.  Statistics rounded to nearest % -compiled from RealComp II data believed to be reliable
