Private owned median increased 10% in February 2011 from January 2011.  Bank owned homes median price increased 05% in February 2011 from January 2011. February 2011 median sale price decreased 25% from February 2010. Yr ending February 2011 median sale price compared to yr ending February 2010 decreased 12%.  Statistics rounded to nearest % -compiled from RealComp II data believed to be reliable
