Private owned median prices in decreased 10% in April 2011 from March 2011 & # of homes sold increased 20%.  Bank owned homes median price increased 47% in April 2011 from March 2011. April 2011 median sale price decreased 03% from April 2010 & and # homes sold decreased 30% in April 2011. Year ending April 2011 median sale price compared to yr ending April 2010 decreased 08% in April 2011.  Statistics rounded to nearest % -compiled from RealComp II data believed to be reliable.
