Private owned median prices increased 01% in May 2011 from April 2011 & # of homes sold increased 42%.  Bank owned homes median price decreased 16% in May 2011 from April 2011. May 2011 median sale price decreased 14% from May 2010 & and # homes sold increased 13% in May 2011. Year ending May 2011 median sale price compared to yr ending May 2010 decreased 14% in May 2011.  Statistics rounded to nearest % -compiled from RealComp II data believed to be reliable.
