March 2011 median sale prices decreased 10% from February 2011 & # of homes sold increased 21%. Private owned median prices increased 07% in March 2011 from February 2011 & # of homes sold decreased 14%.  Bank owned homes median price decreased 40% in March 2011 from February 2011. March 2011 median sale price decreased 23% from March 2010 & and # homes sold remained about the same in March 2011. Year ending March 2011 median sale price compared to yr ending March 2010 was exactly the same.  Statistics rounded to nearest % -compiled from RealComp II data believed to be reliable.
